Funds are needed to help fund HOPE's Fund. HOPE was a young dog hit by a car, the driver never stopped. The car behind stopped to help HOPE but she was severely injured. Animal Control picked up HOPE and left he lying on a concrete floor without medical help, because they did not have the funds to provide her medical care. Second Chance of Orangeburg Animal Rescue Coalition was asked to help HOPE, We offered to pay her vet bills.
